Husky Heat Pumps, emh homes and Wellwarm won the Collaboration of the Year awards at The H & V News Awards at the Grosvenor House Hotel in London.
This is ‘the Oscars of the Heating & Ventilation industry & the Collaboration award is the most prestigious in the sector & type of work.
The selection process prior to the awards involved a submission initial process, through short list & then interview in London a couple of months ago. The winners were not announced until the night.
The awards have been running for 21 years & the collaboration beat some stiff competition to win including RWE npower, Bernard Matthews Biomass, Ideal & Plumb Centre, Pipe Centre and others.
The judges comments from interview & in publication were: “The project had a strong immediate consumer benefit, making a positive impact for those in Fuel Poverty.” This is fundamental in what the collaboration has done & continues to do for customers.
