Three complementary themes all under one roof – St. Mary’s Stadium…

For most of the day, the sun shone down on the stadium, but for the people who were in the exhibition there was no time for sunbathing. The specifier and buyer audieSouthamptonnce were busy gathering as much information as possible from the product experts who had stands at ecoSHOWCASE | fmSHOWCASE | itSHOWCASE  Southampton.

The show on the day was busy with a room full of exhibitors, each of whom had a fair share of visitors arrive at their stand throughout the day. Southampton maintained itself as an important venue in our schedule, supplying a high quality audience to satisfy a large portfolio of exhibitors.

ecoSHOWCASE in Southampton gave exhibitors the opportunity to meet key contacts  from Councils such as Portsmouth, Havant, Christchurch and Winchester, decision makers from local Contractors, Housing Associations and various architects from Practices on the South Coast. All of these visitors were ready to specify products from the exhibitors who were present on the day.

One in four people that visited ecoSHOWCASE Southampton were Architects. The power of being able to speak to that quantity of influential people is something our exhibitors would have found hard to replicate.

We spoke to first time exhibitor Paul Dickson from Solatube, a leading manufacturer of daylighting systems, who said “A well organised show with a targeted audience of local architects, specifiers and contractors attending. From my perspective four hours well spent, with a comprehensive database of attendees and potential contacts provided after the event.”

Tim Ganner from Vectaire, who manufacture a wide range of ventilation products, commented “A very professional event which offered very relevant CPD seminars and a good opportunity for exhibitors and attendees to discuss the marketplace and opportunities. The venue was excellent and added to an overall enjoyable experience.  I would be happy to recommend ecoSHOWCASE  and would encourage Vectaire to work with them in the future.”

The Spring / Summer schedule is now successfully put to bed and we now look to the Autumn/Winter events where we kick off in Birmingham on the 23rd of  September.
