Surestop Stopcock a winner!

Surestop Limited picked up the prize for Installer's Mate at the InstallerLive Awards with their innovative Surestop stopcock range, held at the Hilton Birmingham Metropole Hotel on 18th October.

The Surestop stopcock range allows you to turn off mains water by the flick of a switch which can be positioned in a visual position, as opposed to having to cope with locating a brass stopcock which can often be hidden behind cupboards and difficult to access by the end user in the event of an emergency. Powered by water pressure, so no electrical installation required and easy to install.

With nearly 600 professionals from the heating and plumbing industry gathered at the Hilton Birmingham Metropole Hotel to honour the finest products, projects and performance across the sector, competition was extremely high, with entries from nearly every key organisation in plumbing and heating.

Host and comedy star Rufus Hound kept the audience amused whilst announcing the winners. Guests enjoyed a game of 'Heads & Tails' throughout dinner as well as a silent auction, with proceeds from both going to the Sparks charity (improving the health of children during pregnancy and through the early years of life). The amount raised from the evening was an overall total of £10,909.27!
