Reynaers' bright idea to keep out the sun
Comprising an innovative system of louvres, fitted to the external façade of the building – the range is available in both standard and bespoke options
The purpose of the Brise Soleil system is to provide the occupiers of a building with adequate protection from solar heat and glare. This is achieved by the angled louvres deflecting the sun’s rays away from the windows of the building.
Reynaers offer a series of different systems including the BS 100 Movable Louvre, with ellipse shaping and variable angle panels; the BS 100 Glass Louvre, offering a hardened glass option with variable angle panels and the BS 30 Frame System, which is a fixed option z-shaped installation system.
Latest addition to the versatile sunscreening systems is Reynaers BS 40, offering an innovative and aesthetically pleasing shading solution to increase a building’s energy efficiency. Ease of assembly and the availability of z-shaped or curved louvers make the system ideal for any building with distinct options to control light and temperature levels.
The wide variety of louvres with customisable settings means that Reynaers can meet unique aesthetic styling requests, as well as providing functionality and efficiency. A number of the systems are available for walkway applications.
Paul Duffy, Reynaers National Sales Manager, commented: “Our Brise Soleil range is at the very forefront of solar management systems and we have an innovative option to meet the requirements of every unique building”.
