Mike Crook takes the helm at SIG Design & Technology

Roofing solutions design and supply specialists, SIG Design & Technology have appointed a new Trading Director. He is Mike Crook, who brings with him a wealth of commercial experience and expertise in roofing, cladding and linings specification and supply.

Mike moves to Design & Technology after six years as Director and UK General Manager for natural roofing slate manufacturer and wholesaler SSQ. Before joining SSQ, Mike worked for 18 years with Eternit Building Materials where he went from regional, divisional and national sales roles to take on the position of marketing and support services director. Whilst with the company he oversaw the restructuring of the marketing, technical sales support and logistics functions; created the e-business strategies across the clay, profile sheeting and cladding divisions and launched a successful internet plasterboard supply business.
